The role: Junior HR Advisor

As a Junior HR Advisor, you will support our HR department, which consists of an HR Business Partner and two HR Advisors. This position offers an excellent opportunity to further develop your HR career and play an important role within HR and our organization.
You will be at the foundation of an efficient and professional personnel administration, playing a key role in the further implementation of our new HR platform. You will look for opportunities to improve our administrative HR processes, serve as the first point of contact for HR-related questions from our employees, and provide structured HR reports. Once the processes are running optimally and the new HR platform is fully integrated into our processes, there will be room to develop into the role of HR Advisor.

Your tasks can be described as follows:

  • Processing personnel administration, such as drafting employment contracts, registering leave requests, and maintaining personnel files.
  • Processing personnel administration in the HR system.
  • Scheduling (interview) meetings.
  • Maintaining the absence administration.
  • We are busy implementing a new HR system, SAP SuccessFactors; the digitization brings changes to the work, and you will play a significant role in this.
  • Acting as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions and providing appropriate solutions and support.
  • Monitoring the progress of the annual review cycle.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Managing the training process, including coordinating internal and external training activities and maintaining training records.

Your profile

  • A completed HBO education in HR
  • Relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude and reliability
