Head HVAC Engineering

This involves the overall climate-technical design of the greenhouse, including detailed and production drawings that integrate all expert disciplines, resulting in material lists for procurement. You are also capable of contributing to the detailed design of climate-technical installations within the greenhouse.

You will coordinate and stimulate the development of your engineers and support the structuring of their work and associated processes. Based on your expertise, you will provide technical guidance to your colleagues, set priorities, and monitor project schedules. Collaboration is key—you will work closely with the team leads of other engineering disciplines as well as the Projects, Design, Procurement, and Realization departments.

Your primary tasks will include:

• Lead group of HVAC/Climate engineers and work preparators
• Enable professional and personal development of your team
• Providing strategic suggestions to the Manager Engineering
• Optimising work methods and processes
