The role: Front Office Assistant 

Temporary vacancy

As Front Office Assistant you are the main focal point for visitors and receive incoming phone calls. In addition, you are employable in administrative and facility areas.

A glimpse into your tasks

  • You receive visitors and incoming e-mail.
  • You answer phone calls and ensure that the callers are correctly connected to the right colleagues.
  •  You are responsible for (managing) the stock in the canteen and the office supplies and you also place orders for this.
  • You support other departments, such as the purchasing department, with light administrative tasks.
  • You will take care of the ordering of birthday treats and lunches for visitors.
  • You keep the common areas such as the canteens and consultation rooms representativ, this includes occasional cleaning work.
  • You help ensure that the daily cleaning that has been outsourced to the cleaning company is carried out correctly and maintain contact with the cleaning company about this.
  • You manage the Facility mailbox and you are the first point of contact for Facility questions

  • MBO
  • Relevant work experience.
  • You are good with computers and the software.
  • A good command of Dutch and English language.
  • Accurate and reliable.
